Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this production process, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color or style preferences
- Delays caused by the carrier
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for approved defects; replacements are provided instead.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather
- Peak shipping periods
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
We recommend shipping to a secure address.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled or modified once submitted for fulfillment.
